Serving the Dallas metro
Network cabling and UniFi installation in Dallas
Ulrich TechOps runs Cat6, installs managed UniFi switching and access points, and sets up the whole network for Dallas offices, warehouses, and industrial spaces. One crew handles the cable and the configuration, and the site walk is free.

What a Dallas network install covers
Most calls we get in Dallas start the same way. The building has old cable of unknown quality, one consumer router in a closet, and Wi-Fi that drops in half the space. We replace all three parts at once so the fix holds.
Structured Cat6 cabling
Labeled runs back to a single patch panel, tested to spec, dressed so the next person can trace a drop without pulling ceiling tiles.
Wi-Fi that covers the whole floor
Access points placed from a real walk of the space, not a guess. Concrete, tilt wall, and racking all change coverage, and Dallas industrial space has plenty of all three.
Managed switching and VLANs
Cameras, point of sale, guest Wi-Fi, and staff traffic separated so one department cannot slow down or reach another.
Built for headcount changes
Spare drops and switch ports designed in from the start, so adding desks in six months is a patch cable, not another project.
Dallas spaces we cable regularly
Offices and suites
Desk drops, conference room APs, and a rack that fits in the closet you actually have. Clean cutovers scheduled outside working hours.
Warehouses and industrial
Coverage across racking and dock doors, hardened cable paths, and outdoor APs for yards and loading areas around the property.
Multi-tenant and retail
Segmented networks so payment systems, back office, and public Wi-Fi stay separate, with remote monitoring so issues surface before a call.
Local shop, metro wide coverage
Ulrich TechOps is owned and run by Logan Ulrich out of Cleburne, TX. Dallas is a routine drive for us and sits comfortably inside the 150 mile radius we serve. You get the same person on the phone, on the walkthrough, and on the install.

Dallas network installation questions
- Do you actually run the cable, or only configure the gear?
- Both. We pull and terminate the Cat6, mount the patch panel and switch, then configure the gateway, VLANs, and access points. One crew owns the whole job so nothing falls between a cabling contractor and an IT vendor.
- Can you work in a leased Dallas office or flex space?
- Yes. We work off the landlord's rules for penetrations, ceiling access, and after-hours building access. Everything is surface mounted or run above ceiling in a way that comes out clean if you move.
- How disruptive is the cutover from the old network?
- The cabling and staging happen while you work. The actual switch from the old router to the new gateway takes under an hour and we schedule it in the evening or on a weekend for most Dallas offices.
- You are in Cleburne. Is Dallas too far?
- No. Dallas sits well inside our 150 mile service radius and we are there regularly. Install days start early so drive time comes out of our morning, not your business hours.
